Ehhhh, I’ve been doing ok. Robert & I broke up so that’s been hard but I’m much better now. Trying to immerse myself in studying, eating right, exercising & now my new puppy! Thanks for asking (:


  • Breakfast: Oatnut toast w. very little margarine & a banana
  • Snack: Oat & honey granola bar
  • Lunch: Mediterranean Veggie sandwich from Panera w. an apple
  • Dinner: Banana Nut Cheerios w. fat free milk

Attempting to make my dinner my smallest meal from now on.


Today:

  • Breakfast: Banana, peach activia yogurt, & an oats and honey granola bar
  • Lunch: Turkey sandwich on oatnut bread with lettuce & tomato w. an apple & 8 wheat thins
  • Dinner: Banana nut cheerios w. fat free milk
  • Walked 2.1 miles & biked the other 2.1 miles
